1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the services provided by Jobora Recruitment Pty Ltd (ABN: 69 688 503 791), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Service Description
Jobora Recruitment Pty Ltd provides recruitment and placement services, specialising in health, NDIS, and community services sectors. Our services include candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and placement support.
3. Client Obligations
Clients agree to:
• Provide accurate job descriptions and requirements
• Conduct interviews in a timely and professional manner
• Provide feedback on candidates within agreed timeframes
• Comply with all applicable employment laws and regulations
• Honour placement agreements and fee structures
4. Candidate Obligations
Candidates agree to:
• Provide accurate and complete information
• Attend scheduled interviews and meetings
• Notify us promptly of any changes in availability or circumstances
• Maintain professional conduct throughout the recruitment process
5. Fees and Payment Terms
Placement fees are due upon successful placement of a candidate. Payment terms are Net 30 days from invoice date unless otherwise agreed in writing. Late payments may incur interest charges at the rate of 1.5% per month.
6. Guarantee Period
We provide a replacement guarantee for permanent placements. If a placed candidate leaves within the guarantee period (typically 90 days), we will provide a replacement candidate at no additional fee, subject to terms and conditions.
7. Confidentiality
All parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding sensitive information shared during the recruitment process. This includes but is not limited to candidate details, client requirements, and business information.
8. Limitation of Liability
Jobora Recruitment Pty Ltd's liability is limited to the amount of fees paid for our services. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages arising from our services.
9. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved through mediation, and if necessary, arbitration in accordance with Australian law. The jurisdiction for any legal proceedings will be the courts of Australia.
10. Modification of Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
